Nicole Kelly is in her fourth season as assistant coach at Swarthmore and will be serving as the interim head coach from December 2011 to August 2012.

A 2007 graduate of Seton Hall, Kelly has three years of experience coaching club volleyball. In 2007, she coached for Essex Volleyball Club in New Jersey and since 2008, Nicole has been a head coach for Mystique Volleyball Club.

Kelly received a full scholarship to play volleyball at Seton Hall in 2003, an NCAA Division I institution in the Big East Conference, after graduating locally from Merion Mercy Academy where she was a four-year letterwinner. At Merion Mercy, Kelly was team captain as a senior, named first team all-district, first team all-Main Line, and first team all-Philadelphia Inquirer. She was MVP of the Bicentennial League, as well as first team all-state, both her junior and senior year.

Kelly lives in Milmont Park, Pa. and works for Executive Health Resources in Newtown Square, Pa.
