Penikis' Big Day Helps Women's Lacrosse Rally Past Washington College in 13-12 Thriller
SWARTHMORE, Pa - Sophomore Annalise Penikis had the game of a lifetime, scoring a career-high eight goals, four of which came in the second-half including the game winner with 16.7 seconds remaining in the game as the Swarthmore College women's lacrosse team (9-6, 3-5) rallied from a three-goal halftime deficit to stun Washington College 13-12 on Thursday evening from Clothier Field Stadium.

Dickinson Pulls Away From Women's Lax in Make-Up Game 13-9
CARLISLE, Pa. - Four days after having its game at Dickinson suspended due to severe weather, the Swarthmore College women's lacrosse team returned to Carlisle and put up a strong fight against the Red Devils but were ultimently outdone by hosts by a 13-9 score on Wednesday evening.

SCHEDULE ALERT: Women's Lacrosse at Dickinson Suspended Until Wednesday, April 20
CARLISLE, Pa. - Severe weather has suspended the Swarthmore College women's lacrosse team's game against Dickinson. The game was suspended with 16:10 remaining in the first half and the Red Devils leading 4-3. The game will resume from that point on Wednesday, April 20 at Dickinson College.

Women's Lacrosse Downed by Muhlenberg 15-7
ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Sophomore Annalise Penikis and freshman Corinne Sommi each scored two goals, but the Swarthmore College women's lacrosse team (8-5, 2-4) still ended up on the wrong end of the scoreline as Muhlenberg used a strong first-half run to defeat the Garnet by the score of 15-7 on Wednesday evening. Senior Emily Evans, junior Marie Mutryn and sophomore Beth Martin also scored for the Garnet while Penikis added two assists to her Centennial Conference-leading total. A one-two punch of Davin Rosen and Molly Ravin led the Mules (6-6, 2-4) to the Conference victory. The duo combined for 11 of Muhlenberg's 15 goals, with Rosen leading with six and Ravin adding five.

No. 7 Franklin & Marshall Too Much for Women's Lax, 20-9
SWARTHMORE, Pa. - No. 7 Franklin & Marshall used a six-goal performance from Erin Dunne to down the Swarthmore College women's lacrosse by a score of 20-9 on Saturday afternoon from Clothier Field Stadium. Freshman Corinne Sommi recorded a hat trick to lead the Garnet (8-4, 2-3) offense. Sophomore Marie Mutryn and senior Emily Evans each scored two goals, freshman Lucy Whitacre scored Swat's first goal of the game and sophomore Annalise Penikis added a goal and team-high three assists.

WESTMINSTER, Md. - Time was on the Swarthmore women's lacrosse team's (6-2, 2-1 CC) side on Tuesday night, as Garnet scored a pair of overtime goals - but only after surviving a last-second scare from a McDaniel free position shot attempt with just 0.4 remaining - to defeat the Green Terror 11-9 (OT) in its first Centennial Conference road game of the season. Sophomore Annalise Penikis played stellar offense again, leading the game with five goals while dishing out two assists.
