Carin Heller-Crawford, a 2004 graduate from the College of New Jersey, returns for her fourth year on the Garnet staff. While playing for the Lions, Heller was a three-time NCAA All-Tournament Team selection (2001, '02, '03), first-team All-America, Division III North/South Senior All-Star, and two-time Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Metro Player of the Week. She played in four Division III NCAA Lacrosse Final Fours and two National Championship games. Carin was an assistant coach of the 2005 Lions' women's lacrosse squad, the 2005 Division III National Champions.

Carin currently works at the Woodlynde School in Strafford, PA as a Special Education Teacher and is continuing her education at West Chester University, working towards a Masters in Reading. Carin also works as an instructor, in both field hockey and lacrosse, at United Sports Training Center in Downingtown, Pa.
