Women's Lacrosse Releases 2013 Schedule

SWARTHMORE, Pa. - The Swarthmore College women's lacrosse team has released its schedule for the 2013 season.

The Garnet will open the season at Eastern on March 2 (12:00 PM), and will play its home opener on March 8 against Drew (7:00 PM).  On its Spring Break trip to Clearwater, Florida, the team will play against Rochester on March 14 (1:00 PM). Games against 320-rival Widener (March 16 - 1:00 PM) and Amherst  (March 19th - 7:00 PM) highlight the remainder of non-conference play.

On March 23, Swarthmore hosts Ursinus for its Centennial Conference opener (12:00 PM).  The Centennial schedule is highlighted by matchups at defending Conference champion Gettysburg (April 6, 1:00 PM) and perennial Conference powerhouse Franklin & Marshall (April 13, 1:00 PM). Swarthmore closes out its season with Senior Day against Tri-Co rival Haverford on April 27 (1:00 PM).
