The Mighty Macs scored less than a minute later, only for their efforts to be followed by four more goals from the blazing Garnet offense. Whitacre and Sommi scored unassisted and Mowry followed with a goal thanks to an assist from Penikis.
Whitacre capped off their run with a goal off of a free position shot in the tenth minute to put the Garnet ahead 7-1.
The Macs would score in the thirteenth minute, but it would be to no avail as the Garnet would go on a seven goal run before the half concluded.
They scored five of their seven goals within three minutes. Mutryn scored off a Mowry assist and Sommi scored unassisted in the eighteenth minute. Mutryn struck again thanks to an assist from Penikis and Martin scored unassisted in the nineetenth minute.

Both teams tightened up play in the second half, which would see less offensive action from both teams.
Denney struck first in the third minute off of Penikis' fifth assist of the game only to have the Mighty Macs respond with a goal in the seventh minute.
After that, it would be all Swarthmore with the women scoring four goals to end another outstanding performance. Sipperly, Penikis, and Bachman all scored goals from assists from Lentricchia and the duo of Denney and Tierney sealed the deal in the seventeenth minute to make the game 19-3.

The women look to keep up the goal production when they face Centennial Conference opponent Gettysburg College on Saturday, March 31st. Action is slated for 1:00 p.m. in Gettysburg.
