The team and individual qualifiers was announced Sunday afternoon by the NCAA Division III Men's & Women's Track and Field Committee.
This will be Phillips second consecutive appearance in the NCAA championship; last season he finished the 8K course in 25:23.68 to place 114th out of 279 runners.

The men's race is set to begin at 11:00 a.m. Sunday, November 17th and the women's portion will follow at noon.
