Men's Cross Country Competes at the Main Line Invitational
HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Swarthmore College men's cross country program competed at the Main Line Invitational Thursday evening on the Haverford College Alumni Course.
Aidan DuMont-McCaffrey clocked in at 20:49.20 on the four-mile course to pace nine Garnet competitors at the meet.
Stuart Russell and Dominic Castro-Wehr finished close together at 20:57.90 and 20:58.30, respectively. Crossing the mats next for the Garnet was Dan Kalamarides at 21:11.80.
The next three Swarthmore runners finished toe-to-toe with Spencer Friske crossing the line at 21:52.30 followed by Alec Toro at 21:53.80 and lastly, Paul Green at 21:54.60.
The final two Garnet runners at the meet were Erick White and Jorin Schug with times of 21:59.90 and 22:29.80, respectively.
The Garnet returns to the course on September 29th for the Dickinson Long/Short Run held at Big Spring High School.
