Phillips Named to Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team for Second Consecutive Year
PHILADELPHIA - Four Swarthmore student-athletes - Jacob Phillips '13 of the men's cross country team, Peter Maxted '14 of the men's soccer team and Allie Coleman '13 and Kat Montemurro '13 of the volleyball team - have been named to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Teams for their respective sports. Additionally, Maxted and Coleman have been selected as Academic All-Area Performers of the Year for their sports.

PRINCETON, N.J. - Competing against teams from Division I and Ivy League schools, the Swarthmore College men’s Cross Country team participated in the Princeton Invitational this weekend. Ten runners from Swarthmore participated, with junior Stuart Russell leading the Garnet.
