- The Swarthmore men’s tennis team has won four Division III National Championships – in 1977, 1981, 1985, and 1990.
- The Swarthmore men’s tennis team won the MAC Championship in every year from 1964-1985 with the exception of 1969 and 1972.
- Swarthmore men’s tennis players have won 37 All-America awards. Steve Brown ’84 was a four time All-American.
- Two Swarthmore doubles teams have won NCAA Division III National Championships: Larry Davidson and John Irwin in 1976 and Jeff Krieger and Shep Davidson in 1985.
- In 33 years at Swarthmore, Head Coach Mike Mullan has led the Garnet to 27 NCAA Tournament appearances.
