Men's Tennis Team Spends Day Playing Basketball with Philadelphia 76er Lou Williams
SWARTHMORE, Pa. - Fresh off its successful Spring Break trip to California, the Swarthmore College men's tennis team hosted a special guest on Monday, as Philadelphia 76er Lou Williams spent the afternoon playing hoops with the team in Tarble Pavilion.
A fan favorite and currently the team's leading scorer (15.9 ppg), Williams is a big part of a rejuvenated Sixers squad that is currently in first place of the Atlantic Division. Williams spent the afternoon coaching from the sidelines, signing autographs, and even jumping into action during the last pick-up game.
Williams' afternoon with the team was arranged by the Collard family and the Sixers organization.
