Michael Stewart Named Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Week

LANCASTER, Pa. - Sophomore forward Michael Stewart of the Swarthmore College men's soccer team has been named the Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the conference announced on Tuesday.

Stewart scored a pair of insurance goals as the Garnet clinched the top seed for this weekend's tournament with victories over Washington College and Haverford. He has notched a goal in seven of Swat's last eight matches.

No. 1 seed Garnet will host the Centennial Conference Championship Tournament this weekend, opening play at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday against either Johns Hopkins or Franklin & Marshall.
