Men's Soccer Climbs National Polls
SWARTHMORE, Pa. - Thanks to four consecutive victories, the Swarthmore College men's soccer team (9-2, 4-1) climbed in the rankings of the most recent editions of the two national collegiate soccer polls.
In the D3Soccer.com national poll released on Tuesday, the Garnet rose to No. 9, up two spots from last week's No. 11 ranking. FULL RANKINGS
In the NSCAA National Poll also released on Tuesday, Swarthmore moved up seven places to No. 14. The Garnet maintained its No. 2 ranking in the NSCAA Mid-Atlantic region, trailing only Messiah, the defending national champion. FULL RANKINGS
Swarthmore returns to the pitch on Wednesday with a non-conference battle at Scranton. Play is set to begin at 4:00 p.m.
