Wall and White Lead Golf in Quad Match, Team Shoots 327

SWARTHMORE, Pa. - The Swarthmore golf team dominated another quad match at Rolling Green again as both the A (327) and B (329) teams posted the lowest team scores of the day.  Sophomores Jeff Wall and Sam White carded a pair of 81 to lead the A team while sophomore Price Ferchill brought in the lowest round of Monday afternoon with a 75 to lead the B team.

Rosemont College came in behind Swarthmore with a 333 team score followed by Immaculata with a 350 and Eastern with a 402.

Senior Paul Weston and sophomore Kyle Knapp accounted for the Swarthmore A team's third and fourth low scores.  Weston posted an 82 and Knapp an 83.

On the B team, junior Jake Carter shot the second best round of the day with a 79 and senior Alex Nichamin (90) and freshman Miles Shuck (91) rounded out the top four.

Freshman Amanda Beebe shot an 85 on the women's side.

The Swat golf team returns to the links on Sunday, April 8 when it travels to the "sweetest place on earth" to compete in the National Intercollegiate Invitational over two days in Hershey.
