Golf Releases 2012 Schedule
SWARTHMORE, Pa. - The Swarthmore College golf team has released its schedule for the 2012 season.
The Garnet will travel to Austin, Texas for a Spring Break trip beginning on March 4. Upon returning home, the Swarthmore schedule is highlighted by the McDaniel Spring Invitational (March 21), which marks the only meet all season featuring all Centennial Conference teams until the year-end championship.
In April, the Garnet will compete at the National Collegiate Invitational in Hershey (April 8), which selects only the top fifteen teams from the region. The next weekend, the team will face tough competition at the Glenmaura National Tournament (April 15). The regular-season slate finishes with the Messiah Falcon Classic at the Blue Ridge Country Club (April 27), held at the same venue as the Centennial Conference Championships (April 27-28).
