Head coach Stan Exeter enters his sixth season at the helm of the Swarthmore after leading the program to back-to-back 20-win seasons.

Exeter, the 2010 Centennial Conference Coach of the Year and a two-time Pennsylvania Athletic Conference Coach of the Year, had a record of 181-166 in 10 years at Arcadia, capturing a pair of conference championships—the most recent coming in 2006 when the Knights posted a record of 27-14 (18-3 in conference).  In 2004, Exeter led Arcadia to a conference championship as well as an end-of-season national ranking by the American Baseball Coaches Association. He has coached three All-Americans, seven All-Region selections, and nearly three dozen All-Conference players.  At Arcadia, Exeter managed to make the conference championships every year dating back to the 2002 season. In addition to coaching baseball, he managed all athletic event operations and personnel for the past ten years at Arcadia.

Exeter's passion for baseball extends beyond his own team as he has been an avid participant within the entire NCAA baseball community, principally in the Mid-Atlantic Region.  He was included in the NCAA virtual focus group in 2005, and served as NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Site Director in 2005.  For the last three years he has also been on the NCAA Regional Baseball Selection Committee.

Exeter graduated from Lafayette in 1992 with a B.A. in Government and Law and was twice named to the All-Patriot League while playing for the Division-I Leopards.
