Baseball Releases 2013 Schedule
SWARTHMORE, Pa. - The Swarthmore College baseball team has released its schedule for the 2013 season.
The Garnet will open the 2013 season at Arcadia on March 1 (3:00 pm). The home schedule commences on March 6 against Gwynned-Mercy (3:00 pm). After returning from its spring break trip in Florida, the team will play home games against Penn St. Brandywine (home March 19, 3:00 pm), SUNY-Oneonta (home doubleheader, March 23, 12:00 pm), and Widener (home, March 26, 3:30 pm) before beginning Centennial Conference play.
The Conference season kicks off on March 30 with a home doubleheader against Dickinson (12:30 pm). The schedule is highlighted by a home game against rival and defending Centennial champion Haverford (April 2, 3:30 pm), a home doubleheader against Conference powerhouse Johns Hopkins (April 13, 12:30 pm), and a Senior Day matchup with Ursinus (April 26, 3:30 pm).
