Jared Brown is entering his third year as the Assistant Director of Sports Information and the Director of Multimedia at Swarthmore College. Brown is in charge of the Garnet Sports Network and the department's video and audio ventures.

Within his three years as Swarthmore, Brown has played a pivotal role in the creation of the Garnet Sports Network and building Swarthmore's multimedia and broadcasting services to one of the best in the Centennial Conference. 

Along with Mark Anskis, Brown has added over 100 live game broadcasts each year as well as the Garnet Sports Update and Garnet Sports Show online athletics shows that feature Swarthmore athletes and coaches. 

Brown is also responsible for all of Swarthmore athletics' game highlights, feature videos, recruiting videos along with the weekly sports shows. 

Along with video, Brown works alongside the Sports Information Director Mark Anskis, covering athletics statistics, press releases, game operations and the Swarthmore athletics website.

Brown graduated from James Madison University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Recreation Management along with a minor in business. Brown currently resides in Philadelphia.
