Tarble Pavilion

Tarble Pavilion features a 1,200-seat gymnasium with a white maple hardwood floor for basketball, volleyball and badminton. New bleachers and a sound were added in 2006. Tarble Pavilion also houses the Sports Medicine department, featuring a fully equipped athletic training room with three full-time trainers.
 

Students, Staff and Faculty Usage - Please use SwatCentral reservation system to request the use of the athletic spaces. Space requests are not final until confirmation is received via email. Note: Academic classes and varsity athletics take precedence over athletic space, when necessary.

*Priority Usage- please note that the scheduling of athletic and recreation facilities is based on the following Swarthmore College priority system:

  1. Academic classes
  2. Varsity athletics
  3. Club & Intramural sports
  4. Swarthmore College affiliated programs
  5. External rentals
